Our office sits at 77th and Highway 100 in Edina, about six miles west of where Cedar Avenue meets I-494. Take 494 east, then Cedar south over the river through Eagan, and you're at the Apple Valley Transit Station in roughly twenty-five minutes — longer when 494 knots up. That's the same corridor the METRO Red Line runs, and it's the spine everything commercial in Apple Valley hangs off.
Apple Valley doesn't have a corporate downtown. Its biggest names — Uponor's PEX plant on 148th Street West, Wings Credit Union's headquarters, the state-run Minnesota Zoo — sit alongside a far larger base of dental and chiropractic offices, therapy and home-care providers, insurance agents, trades, and restaurants tucked into the strip centers along County Road 42 and Cedar. For most of them a website has one job: turn up when someone in Dakota County searches a service, load fast on a phone in a parking lot, and put the hours and the phone number where a thumb can reach them. Nobody is browsing for inspiration.

We're not going to list an Apple Valley project we can't point at. The nearest work we can show is NuuroTherapy, an ABA, speech, and occupational therapy practice one city west in Burnsville, plus a run of Twin Cities clinics, schools, and nonprofits. Ask for links and you'll get links, not a case-study deck with invented percentages. Judge the sites on how they load and how easy they are to use.
Drive-by traffic on Cedar and County Road 42 is real, and it's not going away. The website's job is the other half — the person who already saw your sign and is checking hours, prices, and whether you take their insurance. Honestly, if your Google Business Profile is thin or wrong, fix that first. It moves more calls in Dakota County than a new homepage does, and it costs nothing.
Most single-location Apple Valley businesses — a clinic, a dental office, a trades company, a restaurant — land between $1,800 and $3,500 for a straightforward site, or $3,500 to $9,000 when there are multiple services, staff bios, and real content to organize.
