Our office sits in Edina near the Highway 100 and I-494 interchange. Anoka is roughly thirty-five minutes north of it — 100 up to I-694, then 169 across the Mississippi bridge from Champlin into town. It is the Anoka County seat, built where the Rum River empties into the Mississippi, and it has called itself the Halloween Capital of the World since staging the country's first civic Halloween celebration in 1920.
Anoka's employer list is not the usual suburban mix. Federal Ammunition has manufactured here for a century. Anoka-Hennepin, the largest school district in Minnesota, runs its administration from Ferry Street. The county courthouse and government center pull in law offices, title work, and social service agencies. The Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center anchors a dense cluster of behavioral health, chemical dependency, and group home providers across the county. Downtown is independent retail and restaurants in hundred-year-old storefronts. Practically, that means most sites here carry intake forms, program eligibility, licensing details, and hours — content that has to be right, not pretty.

Not yet. Our client work sits mostly in the south and central metro — Burnsville, Edina, Minneapolis, St. Paul — plus St. Cloud. We would rather say that than imply otherwise. What we do have is fourteen years with the kinds of organizations Anoka is full of: charter schools, ABA and mental health clinics, home care agencies, and small nonprofits that live inside county systems. The sector experience transfers. The address does not.
Yes, at the low end. Our starter sites run $1,800 to $3,500 — five or six pages, real photography of your storefront, hours and directions that stay correct, and a map that gets people to your block instead of the Highway 10 frontage. If you need online ordering or booking, that is a different build. Tell us the budget first and we will say plainly whether it fits.
Referral sources read them more than families do. County case managers, discharge planners, and school social workers want the same four things fast: which counties you serve, which funding you accept, current openings, and one phone number a human answers. We build those to the front. The waiver and licensing language matters more than the hero image, and it has to match what the state has on file.
